What inspired you to start the Food Wishes channel?
Food Wishes was inspired by my love for cooking and sharing my recipes with others. I wanted to create a platform where I could showcase my culinary skills and help people recreate delicious dishes at home.
How did you become a chef?
I have always been passionate about cooking and started my culinary journey at a young age. I attended culinary school and worked in various restaurants to gain experience and refine my skills.
What is your favorite recipe?
It's hard to choose just one favorite recipe, as I enjoy trying out new dishes and flavors. However, if I had to pick, I would say my favorite recipe is the classic Beef Wellington.
Do you have any cooking tips for beginners?
For beginners, I would recommend starting with simple recipes and gradually building up your skills. Don't be afraid to experiment and make mistakes, as that's how you learn and grow as a cook.
What equipment do you recommend for a basic kitchen setup?
A basic kitchen setup should include essential tools like a good chef's knife, cutting board, pots and pans of various sizes, measuring cups and spoons, and a blender or food processor. These tools will help you tackle a wide range of recipes.

Yes, you can request specific recipes by leaving a comment on my YouTube videos or reaching out to me through social media. I do my best to fulfill recipe requests from my viewers.
Do you offer cooking classes or workshops?
At the moment, I do not offer cooking classes or workshops. However, I provide detailed recipe instructions and tips through my YouTube channel and blog.
What is your favorite cuisine?
I don't have a specific favorite cuisine, as I enjoy exploring and experimenting with a variety of flavors from different cultures. I believe that each cuisine has its own unique qualities that make it special.
How do you come up with new recipe ideas?
I find inspiration for new recipe ideas from a variety of sources, including cookbooks, food magazines, travel experiences, and experimenting with different ingredients and flavor combinations.
Do you have any plans to release a cookbook?
I have considered the idea of releasing a cookbook in the future. However, I am currently focused on creating content for my YouTube channel and blog.
